Savvy Toy Box products may only be returned when found defective, damaged or if the product is not the same as what was ordered. If the product received is defective in anyway it must be reported to Savvy Toy Box within 24 hours of receiving the product and must be returned to Savvy Toy Box within period of 7 days.

All good returned must be in its original packaging. In the same condition as received with all the items received in the package. Any missing or damaged items will void the return completely.

Upon receipt of the item(s), Savvy Toy Box will send you a replacement.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the defective item(s) to Savvy Toy Box. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to the customer only.

• The voluntary cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration and restocking fee on their refund.

• All Lingerie items are not to be returned due to hygienic conditions.
